How to travel by plane comfortable

Traveling is fun. New discoveries, impressions and acquaintances, good rest and a lot of pleasant little things – all this makes the holiday bright and rich. The smoother and more serene the journey, the more pleasure you can get from the trip, and the longer the good mood after it is completed.
The long wait for departure, the delayed check-in procedures at the airport, and the flight itself is quite tiresome, so they can spoil the mood of the tourist and worsen the impressions of even the most desirable journey.
How to make a comfortable flight? We have prepared for you five simple but effective tips for travelers who will help make your air travel much more pleasant than it could be.
The best time to fly
In spite of the fact that many consider it more rational to go on the road from the evening, in the afternoon or even in the morning, go to meet the holiday joys and local attractions, we will try to refute this statement. Firstly, in the morning the probability of flight delay is slightly lower than in the evening, and secondly, in the morning the turbulence is less, which makes the flight more comfortable for aerophobes. So, if it matters to you, try to review the time of departure on a trip.
Special menu on the plane
Want more delicious food on board the aircraft? Try to choose a special menu, rather than the usual – kosher, halal, vegetarian or any other offered by your airline. Believe me, a pleasant surprise awaits you – these dishes will be much more diverse and tastier than the standard edible set of ordinary catering.
Choosing drinks on board
We will not repeat the recommendations of doctors convincing of the harm of alcoholic beverages, strong coffee and tea during the flight, but let’s talk about hygiene. Did you know that the numerous tests of water used in airplanes for making hot drinks for passengers often show the presence of pathogenic bacteria in it? The saddest thing is that Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and other unpleasant “friends” of the laboratory were found in samples from various airlines. Therefore, we suggest that you do not take risks, and give preference to products that have undergone thorough factory temperature treatment – bottled water, drinks and juices in this case will be much safer, especially for young passengers.
The dirtiest place in the plane
In continuation of the topic of hygiene, let’s talk about the dirtiest and, consequently, the most hazardous places in the cabin of the aircraft, so be prepared to experience a small culture shock. Pockets, located on the backs of passenger seats and folding tables – it would seem that they, as the most popular items during the flight, should always be fully prepared for use by passengers, that is, clean and safe, but, alas, this is not so.
During the flight, most of the passengers put various garbage in their pockets, plus dust, crumbs and small litter are constantly accumulating on their bottom, and the tilt shelf is so multifunctional in general that it is even too much. Did you know that quite often they are used by passengers with small children as changing tables? Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take a pack of moist antibacterial napkins on board the aircraft, and, before putting your sandwich past the tray on a folding table, recall the diapers that may have recently been lying on this place. Excuse me.
How not to freeze in the plane?
Did you know that the air temperature is not the same in different parts of the cabin? Since during the flight, the weather overboard pleases with a very solid frost (up to -60 – -65 ° C), the fuselage, respectively, also emerges well, which can be felt on the ground near the portholes. The temperature difference, of course, is not enormous, but it can still cause some inconvenience to passengers who decide to admire the picturesque views from the window during the flight. This is especially felt in the summer, when clothes are as light as possible and practically unable to warm their wearer. So, if you want to fly near the window, be sure to choose something warmer for a flight than a t-shirt with shorts, and you can enjoy not only scenery with clouds, but also comfort.
